New Strategic Alliance Agreement Announced

Alliance Brings Improved Enterprise Document Management and Workflow to TMW Customers

Dallas, TX - -Trimble Transportation, the leading business software provider to the transportation services industry, and Microdea, a leading provider of integrated document management and workflow solutions, announced today at TMW's TransForum Conference that they have signed a strategic alliance agreement for TMW to resell a new co-branded version of Microdea's document management software solutions called TMW-Synergize.

TMW will offer Microdea's enterprise document management and workflow solutions to complement its strong enterprise transportation software applications, with a special focus on business process improvement and automation. The new TMW-Synergize solution will be unique in the depth of integration and value to the Trimble Transportation software offering, adding a strong return on investment (ROI) component for customers. TMW will also continue to develop, support and enhance both its existing imaging product as well as the integrations to other partner imaging solutions.
