Trimble Transportation Moves to New Office Space in Ohio

Company’s new office space will support current and future growth plans in development, customer support and corporate services.

CLEVELAND, Ohio, February 14, 2014– Trimble Transportation, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise transportation management software, today announced it has taken possession of new office space in Northeast Ohio to accommodate its rapid growth and future expansion plans. The Eastpoint 1 office space is located at 6085 Parkland Blvd. in Mayfield Heights, Ohio and will provide TMW with capacity for increased customer support, development, marketing and leadership functions across the company. Trimble Transportation had approximately 260 full time employees in Northeast Ohio in January of 2014.

“TMW’s new office space will allow us to increase our capabilities in key areas that align with our growth plans. We have brought our Cleveland-based development, professional services, customer support and corporate activities together in a single location once again, after significant growth forced us to spread our employees across a second office in 2011. The growth that we plan in the future as part of Trimble Navigation Ltd. can also be accommodated here for some time to come, while we gain expanded facilities to host customer briefings and other activities,” said David W. Wangler, president of Trimble Transportation.

Trimble Transportation partnered with Jones Lang LaSalle in its search for larger office space. JLL’s Scott Pick and Brian Conroy in the Cleveland office helped TMW to find flexible space that will allow for future growth.

For the design and build-out of the interior space at Eastpoint 1, TMW worked with Robert Bajko, AIA and partner in HSB Architecture + Engineers. The three-story, Class A office space in Mayfield Heights offers 84,000 SF and was built in 2000.
