Thomas Fansler currently serves as general manager of the Transportation sector. He joined the company in 2009 as the founder of Vusion, a compliance and analytics provider and most recently served as president of Trimble’s Transportation Mobility division (formerly PeopleNet). Prior to joining Trimble, he was co-founder and managing partner at Inter-Tax, Inc., the largest North American fuel tax provider at the time. Mr. Fansler is active in several industry organizations, currently serving on the American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI) Research Advisory Committee and served on the Board of Directors for the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) and is a Past Membership Chair. He received his BA from Connecticut College and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota.
Lisa Garro brings more than 25 years of accounting and finance experience to the role of vice president of finance. Over her more than 20 years at Trimble Transportation Enterprise, Garro has been responsible for onboarding TMW acquisitions over time. Acquisitions include the companies formerly known as Maddocks, TMT Software, IDSC, Innovative Computing Corporation (ICC) and Appian.
Garro holds a bachelor’s of accounting degree from Cleveland State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is also an active member of the Ohio Society of CPA. Before joining TMW, Garro also worked as a staff accountant for Forest City Enterprises and for Weltman, Weinberg and Reis Co, LLC.
Botticelli is a technology executive with over 25 years of experience providing technology innovation, strategic leadership, and superior product delivery. Experienced in implementing software engineering best practices and processes, he has a proven track record of enhancing the productivity and predictability of software development, as well as overseeing the delivery of quality products on time and on budget.
Prior to joining Trimble Transportation, Botticelli was leading the development of several mobile worker-centric, vehicle-centric solutions within Mobile Resource Management and Environmental Solutions businesses, including being responsible for offshore development centers for Trimble across multiple offices.
Scott Vanselous has more than 25 years of software and technology industry experience with an established track record as a strategist and innovator in transportation, logistics and supply chain management. He oversees business development, partner relations, marketing communications, lead generation and long term business strategy including mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining TMW in 2007, he was Director, of the North America Travel and Transportation Industry Business Unit at Oracle, VP of Global Supply Chain Outsourcing at DHL Excel Supply Chain and Vice President of Sales and Business Development at G-Log.
Dave Schildmeyer is responsible for the sales operations across all lines of business at TMW. Prior to joining TMW in 2002, Schildmeyer was Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, at Regulus Integrated Solutions, an $80 million technology provider to the banking, utility, and communications industries. As Managing Director with Cincom Systems, a 'Top 100' software company, Schildmeyer had P&L responsibility for the $45 million ERP division and managed senior-level client relationships with Fortune 500 corporations throughout North America and Europe.
Laura Leili is a Human Resource Professional with over 20 years of diverse human capital experience in the financial, software and manufacturing industries. As the Division Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities, she is currently responsible for almost 1,000 employees and eight unique office locations in the U.S., Canada, and Europe. Prior to joining TMW, Laura held a number of increasingly complex human resource positions in the Fortune 500 world at The Sherwin-Williams Company and KeyBank.
With a 25-year track record in the transportation software industry, Ray West is the general manager of TMW.Suite, Truckmate, Innovative and TL2000 Software. After service in the Marine Corps, West was instrumental in founding privately held companies, including Thoroughbred Systems, which developed mobile communications and dispatching software. West previously served as Vice President, IT for Atlas Van Lines and as Director, Product Development for Qualcomm Inc. He holds a Masters in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University. He joined TMW in 2007.
